Not sure how to add parts per million as a unit

I am using Windchill PartsLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.0

How do you register ppm (Parts per million) as a valid unit in Windchill? It doesn't seem like there are any concentration units to base it on. I'm not a unit expert so I'm probably missing something obvious.

Create the new quantity of measure per: https://support.ptc.com/help/wnc/r12.1.1.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/typeattr/TypeMgrQuantOfMeasCreate.html

Parts per million is unitless, so you'd leave the units field blank.

In older versions where enumerated customization is not in type and attribute management, you'll need to use enumCustomize. See support article:

I'm not sure I 100% follow what you saying but I'll give it a shot.
