When you perform test, how is cache cleared? Cookies? Are you editing the
URL to reload the entire page or just going back to /app. Most folks don't
realize this yet, but to test anything in 10.x systems, you must do a full
refresh by accessing /Windchill, not /Windchill/app.
Initial areas most might not think to double check? What is the domain in
the LDAP associated to this organization and you may need to debug
OrganizationCache. Is there a multi org setup? On a test server, if you
create an additional org, does it work for that org? Were the report
templates loaded? Is there a corrupt domain?
Absent of providing any real useful detail other than your version, no one
is going to be able to help but inquire, so I'm biting. There are many
factors involved here and you should provide as much info as possible. Do
you still retain a copy of how systems were installed (the file you can save
with install properties)? What modules are installed? PDMLink? MPMLink?
Were any failures in the install logs? Were they rehosted? What browser are
you using? Have you enabled verbose SQL statement output? Has any network
HTTP sniffer or capture tool been setup? Verbose logging enabled? Are you
doing anything before you visit this page? It sounds like at a minimum you
should request your call with PTC to be reassigned so you can get input from
a different person or someone more senior. PTC TS baffled could just mean
it hasn't been escalated high enough. 1st level support is in place to weed
out the folks just getting started with Windchill.
