With regard to improving Oracle database performance, do you apply any of
the following in your Windchill environment:
- For Windchill running on Oracle 11.2.0.3, do you set the parameter,
optimizer_index_cost_adj, to the default value of 100 or some other
customized value such as 10?
- Do you activate the use of parallel query by setting the degree of
parallelism for one or more tables to a value greater than 1?
