I think this is access control related. I have two systems. In one of
them, users can see reports I created at the Org level, available for
use and indicated to appear in both the Library and Product contexts. I
exported these reports and imported them into another system and only
admins (myself) can see them. Not regular users. Nothing is trapped in
the MS log indicating what ACL is needed but I did see something in the
catalina.out file (Tomcat) indicated Secured Action. Nothing more.
What is strange is that the Report table does not even show those
reports for normal users. Admins it does. I tried copying a pasting the
report URL to a regular user's session and they received an error 500
which is how I trapped the Tomcat error. Any thoughts?
