PDMLink: How to filter 'Where used' to only showlatest Revision

In 9.1 and up you can use the Latest / All Revisions View on the Where
used table to just show the Latest Revision that that the part is in -
If its not in the latest iteration of the revision it will not show in
the table.

The Where Used table only shows the latest iteration for a given
revision - in the example below I iterated 010000 B.4 and removed the
part from the BOM, creating a B.5

Notice it is no longer in the All Revisions list

Thanks all,

First, I should have specified that I am working in Windchill 9.1 m062. Steve G’s and Stephen’s lament were confirmed by PTC’s tech support. They recommended I also file and Enhancement request. Which I will do.

Thanks to Jeff for his response. What you added looks perfect, however, the ‘where used’ interface I have in 9.1 does not have a View dropdown menu. Is this a configuration that I can change? Am I missing something that will be embarrassingly obvious upon revelation? Enquiring minds want to know…

Bob,

No unfortunately not – that capability exists for Parts, but not yet for CAD Documents.
