This question is for those who have migrated from Pro/INTRALINK to PDMLink 9.0 or greater.
I am looking to define the training and help desk materials to support Pro/E users post migration.
We plan on providing the standard PDMLink training for Pro/ENGINEER users as part of our deployment.
I was wondering if there were any particular topics that were a common source of problems for Pro/I users once they started using PDMLink? Another way to think of this might be : Was there additional training you performed post migration (e.g. seminars, user meeting topics, etc) that were needed to address issues users frequently encountered?
FYI : We are not planning on creating product structure during migration; just manage Pro/ENGINEER data in a PDMLink environment. Product structure is a project for another day.
