PJL: Meeting requests

Hello everyone

I just would like to check a functionality and see if you have the same "issue"

When we create a new meeting within ProjectLink. An invitation email is automatically sent to the participant. Our Email software (lotusnotes) recognises this email as an email invitation and the user can accept it and s/he gets a new entry in the lotusnotes calendar.

So far so good except that email only contains the subject which is the title of the meeting. The agenda is not transfered to the email.

So users don't even go further and complain in the meeting they did not know what the meeting was all about etc... Others who are more bothered, will go to Windchill Search for Meeting objects using the subject of the email and they access the meeting page.

Ideally, we think either a link to the meeting should be provided or that the agenda is copied to the email.

Is that something we can do by configuring something in Windchill, or due to the incompatibility with Lotusnotes ?

have you experienced this issue, what are you users doing with such invitation ?

We are using PDMLInk and ProjectLink 9.1 M050

Thanks
