POST NewChangeNotice by Rest API

I want to use a trigger from an external software to POST a New Change Notice, but I couldn't find any documentation regarding this type of exercise.

In Windchill REST Services User's Guide v1.7 it only describes the GET function for Change Notices.

Is it possible to do this?

I am curious too, but when you construct a POST request it prints out Operation Not Supported

Creating new ChangeNotices via REST is not supported just yet. It is being considered for future releases

Any idea if it's supported in windchill 12?

The company that I work for we have "windchill 2.0 REST Services" and it has the feature to post ECN by RestAPI.
