May i know what's pro intralink?

And what's the use of that?

And how to register on PRO-E?

My firm using WINDCHILL PDM LINK 10.0.

Hello!

Pro Intralink is a CAD vault (provided by PTC) that is superseeded by Windchill.

Not sure how to register that with newer versions of Creo since it was a while ago I used it.

As Peter mentioned Pro/INTRALINK is a data management tool for CAD data. It provides a subset of the functionality that you get with Windchill PDMLink. Assuming that you are using the later versions of Pro/INTRALINK (i.e. 8.0 and later) the procedure to register the server with Pro/E should be the same as that for registering the server with any Windchill application, including PDMLink.
