While installing PSM 6.0, an error appears: PAAgent service error=2, No such file or directory.

I did clear the Enable Performance Advisor check box and i have read that eventhough the performance Advisor will be instralled. But why ist the directory to paagent_daemon.sh unavailable. After the failed installation, I have checked the installed forlder and saw that paagent_daemon.sh in an exsiting directory. What can be the problem?
