PTC.soft_attribute - question PJL - MS Project

Anyone sending plans back and forth to Windchill from Project?

I exported a plan from PJL and opened it in MS Project.  Populated the PTC.soft_attribute_1 value, however upon import the attribute column is still not displayed.  What gives?

So the answer here is that PTC's documentation / article in this was poorly written. After I was able to trace the root cause - I got PTC to update the article.
