The PTC User Research Team is conducting a user research activity to better understand how users interact with the Collector tool, specifically within Change Management or in the Workspace. This remote, online research interview will be conducted via MS Teams and will last approximately 30 - 45 minutes. During the session, you will be able to share thoughts on what works well, what doesn’t, and what could be improved.
