Pro/INTRALINK 3.4. Extended support expires on June 30, 2009

Hi,
Last year we purchased PTC's extended support for Pro/INTRALINK 3.4. This support expires on June 30, 2009

What if any, options exist for customers to continue support of 3.4 after June 30, 2009?

If you were currently paying for Intralink 3.X then you didn't really need to pay for an continued support extension to get it to work with WF4. I installed the M060 version of Intralink 3.4 and upgraded to WF4 a few weeks ago and it works fine. AFAsupport after June 30, 09 I think your out of luck for anymore extensions, but unless your having problems with the serveror clients there no need to panic. I am looking at the new CADDBMS software the PTC's offering now called "ProductPoint". It has a lot of the same features of Windchill but not all the overhead. There are demo's available on PTC's website if your interested.

As far as I know, support ends with no option. However, personally I've
only used the support during deployments & upgrades. I am not a bit
worried about the lack of support. There is always this group!
