Pro/INTRALINK 3.4, M062 Object History Collection ceased after latest track.

We're on Pro/INTRALINK 3.4, M062. I've just been notified that all Object History Collection has ceased as of 3/31/11, despite the fact that our History Tracks are properly configured and enabled. (screenshot attached). These quarterly tracks have not failed us before. What has happened? What can we do to re-activate this history collection?
