Problem in monitoring Windchill with PSM

Hi all,

I've installed PSM 4.0 for Windchill 10.2 M030. Both server and collector installed on Windows server and agent has been installed on Windchill 10.2  M030 server. But getting below error while starting PSM client.

I've started PSM services but unable to find the reasons for these errors.  Need help to overcome this.

Make sure you have the right details of the collector in \Windchill\codebase\psm.properties.xconf, You can also search for agentpath in Methodserver log to verify the PSM parameters. Also look for information in dt_ptc.wt.MethodServer-v10.x-pdm.covidien.com-80-Windchill-xx..log in Windchill/logs

Hi Binesh,

Now I'm able to monitor the Windchill status. Actually I could not find dt_ptc.wt.MethodServer-v10.x-pdm.covidien.com-80-Windchill-xx..log first but after restarting method server, could get these logs automatically and agent connection also happened.
