Project plan replacement issue

I am using Windchill ProjectLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.1

Project plan replacement issue: Post-importing the new MPP file to the project, the “Actual Start date” is not editable in the “Plan”.

Here are the errors that I faced
