Does anyone know how to configure a workflow so the approver is listed as the "promoted by" individual? We are planning to use this information to stamp the PDFs with the approver's name but instead of the approver Windchill is showing the person who initiated the promotion request. This is definitely not what I want. How do I switch this so it displays the approver instead? Do I need some type of workflow code to change the owner of the promotion request from the initiator to the approver? Thanks!
