Publish data with watermark Creo View

Hi,

We did add watermark to Creo view too. When we open a data on Creo view, we can see it. Actually, we want to publish datas with watermarks.

How we can set this?

RE: post

Thanks.

Hi @Mehmet_Ozdemir

Base question, what does "publish" means for you?

I have experience, that publish means collect all drawings for product with generated PDF for drawings and added the watermarks to one package.

Hi,

For example; When we use this option (you can see on the image), it'll create a pdf. I want to see the watermark.

When we click on watermark option, we can see that. If I can achieve this, I'll be really happy.

I hope you can help me..

Waiting for your good news.

Thanks.

We use Fishbowl's 'linkAccess Trigger' product to watermark and stamp all of our PDFs during publishing.  It's highly configurable and works very well.  There is also a free (and paid) version of the Watermark Starter in the Windchill Extension Center.

This can also be done with pdfbox.

I wrote a utility that will publish drawings and watermark the pdf based on the Lifecyle state of the drawing.

The watermark is centered along the pdf page's diagonal and is automatically sized to be 70% of the diagonal's length.

The pdf gets downloaded to the user too😁

Works great on all drawing.

single sheet

multi-sheet

multi-sheet with different size sheets

The watermark's text can also be customized to be whatever as long as we have the logic to calculate it.
