We recently rehosted our Windchill production system that resides on a physical single server to a virtualized cluster environment and are trying to get publishing to work. The workers are configured and publishing jobs are getting executed successfully (the viewables are getting copied to the transfer/pubtemp folders on the master server and the job completes but the publishing content never gets associated with the object). We are getting the following in the MS log each time a pub job is sent:

Has anyone had this issue converting to a clustered environment?
