Queue Threshold entries exceeded

I have a bunch of emails from PDMLink 11 about exceeded Total Entries Threshold for multiple queues.

What do I need to do to clean these up so the emails stop!

Hi Ben,

I know you are in a factory not connected to internet, but if you search on support site using "configure threshold" you will get many articles about configuring mail from Windchill using jmx console.
