I saw your email and I can tell you a brief story about this. I work for a company that provides services in Pro/E and some softwares here in Brasil. About a year ago we were contacted by a company that uses Pro/Intralink (3.2 at that time) and SAP/R3 and would like to connect these 2 applications. They aimed to: - Collect data from Intralink from a specific folder - Collect data as soon as it reaches a specific release level - Should identify what was already collected so the data wouldn't be sent to SAP more than once - Should be scheduled to run at a specific hour - Should have the possibility to run manually (if the dataserver was down, the operator should run after the hours) - Should be unidirectional : from Intralink to SAP (and not vice-versa)
We developed a SQL script which is running smoothly for about 10 months now and we are upgrading this to Intralink 3.3. The overall time we spent on this was about 1 month, including tests, monitoring and debugging.
I hope it helps and if I can be of further help, just let me know.
