Read all the steps before acting to have an overview of the process and you will success:
Use the LDAPBrowser :
- select the root node (such as o=ptc)
- export as an ldif file
- edit the ldif file
- replace all wrong occurrences of your path by inserting the missing "dn"
- save the file
- remove recursively the node o=ptc
- import the ldif file (after selecting the node above)
- delete tomcat cache (TOMCAT_HOME/works/catalina) and enfo*engine cache (directory such as WT_HOME/tasks/codebase/compiledtasks)
- restart tomcat and windchill
