Re : PDMLink 9.0 M030 Cannot Retreive Error Message

Hi

I had th same problem.
In fact some vaulted files were not copied correctly by the batch file.

2 options :
- relaunch the copy of the vaulted files
- re-do a global migration

I did the second option because I lost the batch file and now everything is ok.

Welcome to the migration world !

Objet : [solutions] - PDMLink 9.0 M030 Cannot Retreive Error Message

Hello,
We recently migrated from Intralink 3.3 to PDMLink 9.0. The migration appeared to go pretty smooth but we are experiencing intermittent problems trying to bring up some parts/assemblies. The error message is "Cannot Be Retreived". On these parts/assemblies, if we select the information "i" ball, the Content Table Information is blank. We have opened up a call with PTC., but if anyone else has gone through a similar migration and/or experienced this issue, please let me know if/how you have resolved it. Here are the specifics of our workstations/software:
Prior to the migration:
32-Bit Dell 670 workstations running Windows XP, Intralink 3.3 M022, Wildfire 2 M220. The old Intralink server's OS was Windows Adv. Server 2000.
After the migration:
64-Bit Dell T7400 workstations running Windows XP x64, PDMLink 9.0 M030, Wildfire 4 x64 M020. The new intralink server's OS is Windows 2003 (32-bit).
Thanks in advance for your help.
