Redirected when registering a Windchill server on Workgroup Manager

Version: Windchill 13.0

Use Case: It happens on a few computer, most of them works perfectly. They are all on the same network. My Windchill server is working on http and don't have https configured. When using the embed browser on Workgroup Manager, it connects alright. I've modified the hosts file. Restarted the computer to confirm. The user have the right licenses to connect and use CAD, and there's enough licenses available. (windchill base and mechanical 1) I've tested on Inventor and SolidWorks 2024 and 2023 and got same results. Windchill and Workgroup are 13.0.2. I've tried cleaning the browser cache. On the installation I've selected only one type of CAD and all the versions available.

Description:

When I'm trying to connect Windchill Workgroup Manager to my Windchill server, I'm getting redirected to a https page and it is happening only when I'm trying to register the server and it works when using edge or chrome browser or the embedded Workgroup browser. It happens only in a few computers and most of the installations went alright. It may not be a problem within the Workgroup Manager, but I couldn't find anything wrong on the local network.

I've tried to do as in the link posted but when the workgroup tries to connect to my server and get redirect, it opens a blank page from web site and I only know that by the window name that have the website name. So I couldn't do what was sugested by this post.
The IT found that only when logged with the users that have a "?" in drive size had this problem.
The picture below shows better who was having the problem.

The workaround that we found was to loggin as a user that don't get redirected. But I'm still looking for the solution.

Google Chrome has been designed to recommend that you use HTTPS, and you will find it difficult / inconvenient to use plain HTTP.  Whatever you do at the server to support HTTP may be in vain.

It is not difficult to set up Windchill on HTTPS, you can even do it for free with LetsEncrypt but you may prefer to pay for a certificate because it will be valid for longer.
