When searching for reference documents related to Windchill PDMLink, no results appear.
Used: No keyword, Windchill PDMLink M030 (or all versions) and all document types. Returns no results.
This needs fixed ASAP.

I have been using PTC support for well over 10 years. I know where documents are. NO documentation was available on the support site yesterday for at least a couple of hours. Searches resulted in ZERO results for general search or browse documentation by type.
When there are problems with eSupport, they suggest users comment here. I also opened a Level 1 case with our Widnchill (since you cant open a support case against eSupport), since it was affecting Widnchill schedule.
Seems to be working fine right now....
Yeah, it got fixed. But no notifications
Maybe unannounced maintenance over the weekend?
