Relationship report is showing wrong version of drawing in WNC 11.0

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS16

Relationship report is showing wrong version of drawing in WNC 11.0
Refer attached video, initial part in the video is from 11.1 and later part is from 11.0 to show you the difference in behavior for same scenario.

If the filter is set to 'Latest' (the default value), the latest version of each dependent object will be displayed.  This is from 12.1.

I no longer have access to a 11.0 system, but this does not appear to be configurable.

I agree that if the filter is applied to latest, latest version of each object is displayed.

Same 'Latest' filter is applied in 11.0 for Relationship Repot table, still the behavior is different there. It shows incorrect version of drawing object. Please refer above attached document/video for refernce.

Can you put some light on it?

I fired up an old 11.0 system from backup and I can confirm this issue does not occur in 11.0 M030 CPS04 or 12.1.1.2.  Both are showing the same thing as your 11.1 system.  I wonder if this problem is specific to CPS16.

Just for fun I installed CPS16 on this old backup and it didn't make any difference.  The relationship report is still pointing to the latest version.

It seams that it is a bug and the bug was fixed in a next version.

I tested the behavior in a version Wch 12.0.2.7 and behavior is as expected in the wch 11.0. 

The report shows correct version for previous revision...

Just looked at this in some detail.

Are you able to examine the database?  This relationship is key and may give some clues:

Another question that should probably be asked is why would your client move to 11.0 M030.  It's very old and not even supported any more.
