I've been going around and around with PTC tech support for about 4 weeks now trying to solve this problem so I'm reaching out to my fellow PTC users for some help.
We recently had a corruption in our Aphelion LDAP which corrupted our "All participating members" group. Repairing this lead to"Org Admin", "Project Creators"and various other Org and System level groups/roles being in disrepair and unable to be updated. After following WINDU (per tech support) these became disabled, if you enable them they switch to repair needed.
We repaired many of the damaged groups with "wt.inf.team.RepairUfidsForDisconnectedContainerGroups"for projects and products, but I cannot figure out a container path for the Org or System level that this tool will accept.
Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution or at least a next step to try?
