Report Manager Operators - PDMLink 9.1 M050

We have noticed that when you add criteria to a report using the operators <= and =>, the results are not what we expected. One of the reports is based on Creation Date, and if we set up the 2 criteria of From Date(=>) and To Date(<=), then put in the From date 6/01/2011 and To date of 06/01/2011, the results returned were 0. If we change the To date to 06/0202011, the query returns those objects created on 06/01/2011. I guess we can always use the dates of a day earlier and a day later, but this will confuse our users. Anyone else see this odd behavior? Many thanks!

It is possible to enter hours and minutes in your search criteria. If you
do not do that, then the system assumess 00 hours and 00 minutes - which
is 12:00 AM.

Therefore, records entered from From date 6/01/2011 at midnight To date
6/01/2011 at midnight would be 0.

It makes sense as soon as you realize that hours and minutes is included
whether you specify them or not. For example, you could have used From
date 6/01/2011 at 00:00:01 To date 6/01/2011 at 23:59:59 then you would
get what you had expected.

Personally, I just use From 6/01/2011 to 6/02/2011 in order to get
everything on 6/01/2011.
