Report: MultiLevel Where Used report for all the parts associated with Change Task

Hi Windchill Guru's

I am looking out for a report which will give melist of all the assemblies/end Items which are affected by a Change Task. [similar to Multilevel WhereUsed Report]

Does anyone have a report on similar lines? It would be great if you can share your experiences.
