Report on User Context Membership

I've got two reports I'm needing to build and it has been years since I've done anything like this. I assume I need to use the Report Manager (Query Builder). PDMLink 11.0 M030. The two reports are:

1) Based on a username find all the contexts and team roles the member is assigned to in those contexts

2) Find a specific members by role (i.e. Configuration Manager) in each of those contexts the user is a member of.

Can someone point me to documentation on how to get started on this?
