Reset Team in a Workflow

Is there a way to reset the team of a change object from the workflow?  I have a set up participants that if I remove a user or group during this step, if it is sent back for rework, the removed participants are no longer available as they have been removed from the list of roles for the change object.

Yes, this is possible. Are you looking for the workflow code to do this? It can be done for sure. I do this in my workflows.

Yes, exactly what I am looking for.  We are using Windchill 12.1 if that helps as well.
