Restarting the Publisher - Intralink 9.0

Hello,

We had a publish job fail earlier today and now there is a long list of
publish jobs building up in the queue.

I rebooted the server and restarted everything.

The cad agent is online and running.

I can't figure out how to get it to start processing the publish jobs
that are there waiting to be done.

Any idea?

Try to check the list of queues are really running just in case if there are any issues. Publishing queue sometimes can stuck.

Check that Cad Agent and Cad workers are really running together.

Should belog files for cad agent and cad workers respectively – logs can givemore specific info if somethingwent wrong.
