SITE NOT RESPONDING

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS17

After enable SSL on windchill i have problem with

Hello ,

There are multiple reasons for SITE NOT RESPONDING error. However, looks like it is coming as soon as you enable SSL.

In order to resolve this, please add a security certificate to Java (JRE) cacerts or jssecacerts file. 

The very easiest way to import the certificate into these files is by using keytool https://keystore-explorer.org/ 

Once you do that, restart apache and Windchill. This error will go away.
