Update : It turns out that our load issue was caused by our customized LoadPart.java. OOTB one does work.
Using the Windchill loader to load Orgnizations, Suppliers, Sourcing Contexts and AXL entries are all fine.
Anyone has experiences on loading SUMA objects and what's your approach on loading them? Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts.
