Save to Workspace/Upload

Hi all,

In Windchill PDMLink 10.1, from CAD Tool/Workgroup manager, when "Save to Workspace" or "Upload" action is performed, data is supposed to be stored at cache ("defaultuploadvault") vault. But, in our setup, it directly goes to Master ("defaultsystemvault") vault.

The properties, ForceContentToVault is set as true.

Whats wrong with this setup?
