The way I have our Promotion workflow setup, we have 3 parallel approvals that all have to complete before the routing happens for either Approve or Rework.
What the users want to know if one of the Approves in the tasks votes Rework, can an email be sent to let the Creator know that there will be work. It does not need to include the comments, just an indicator to go check the Promotion Request for the details would be enough.
The three approvals may have multiple users assigned to the approval task and they are ALL required, so waiting for an Approval to complete won't necessarily speed up the delivery of the notification.
