Set document state from an action in Home Assignments interface

Hi all.

I have an assignment in my home that is started from an workflow.

This assignment is associated to a document.

I need to set state of the document within the assignment using an action from the home assignments interface.

Anyone did this before or know how to do?

Prior to Windchill 10.x, one could configure workflow assignments (now called Tasks in 10.x) to include the "Subject (e.g. Document, Change Request) at the bottom of the same page. Users could take this action, then complete the asignment.

As of 10.x, this ability has been removed. Advising users to always launch the Task Assistant is probably the best alternative for now. It allows users to go between the Task and it's subject. One problem: Can only use for one Task - cannot be working on multiple Tasks in parallel.
