Operationally it seems the simplest way to set reference designator would be to select the occurrence in the visual on the Structure tab and it would highlight that item in the Occurrences table, in which to enter the Reference Designator. Current process is to go through some convoluted method, essentially guessing until correct.
The convoluted method is because selecting the item in the occurence tab doesnt' highlight the item in the visualization. The current method is highlight item in visual, or select in model tree, RMB > Show in Uses Table. Enter all the reference designators there for the item. Then in the Occurence tab, it randomly assigns the Ref Des to each occurence. In the model tree have the Display set to "Show Occurences" on. Click on each item and apply correct Ref Des.
How do you select the occurence to enter the Reference designator.
Am I missing something?
