Setup Participants - Select Roles UI

Please see attached screen captures and the question on the last slide. Anybody know the secret behind how the Role sequence is determined for the user selecting Roles? We have a LOT of Roles in the company - need to be able to force them to be alphabetical. Some mysterious sequencing mechanism being used here.

Note - Not shown but also seen is that Roles added (via Enumcustomize and stoped in rbinfo under /wtCustom) are inserted in what seems to be a random sequence in this list, regardless of alphabetical sequence, or Move Up/ Move Down sequence in the Enumcustomize UI, and regardless of the value of the .Order property applied manually.

We also spent considerable amount of time in resolving the roles sorting
order and other related issues. For surpassing the issues as well as for
simplifying the end user efforts, came up with a pluggable product for setup

Hi Kevin

With some of my clients I noticed the team selection based on context teams
and with some others based on groups under organization. We can configure
the tool for resolving the allowable team members based on the Context Roles
OR Groups.
