Hi all,
Is there any way in Windchill to show that you have reviewed an existing document, without having to actually update or revise it.
I don't want to make changes to the document, just to be able to provide evidence that a review had been performed.
Thanks,
Melvin

Hi Melvin,
Yes, you can! In the out-of-the-box configuration of Windchill 9 or 10 at least it's called "approval" workflows as opposed to "review" workflows.
Examples of approval workflows are:
For both types the document will not change it's state before it's either approved or rejected for that matter.
All of this is costumizable using the worflow administrator.
