Solidworks publishing not working

Hi,

I import solidworks files using WWGM but the publishing/thumnail is not working.

I already did the command in windshell

xconfmanager -t C:\ptc/Windchill\codebase\wvs.properties -s "publish.cadfileextensionfilter= ASM PRT DRW IAM IPT IDW DWG SLDPRT SLDASM SLDDRW" –p

xconfmanager -t C:\ptc/Windchill/codebase/WEB-INF/conf/wvs.properties -s worker..SLDPRT=DUMMY,preconverted=true

But i have no luck can somedody tell me wat seems to be the problem?
