Hi all,
Have come across an issue that if creating a promotion request in Windchill 10.1, if no participants are selected for any of the the roles it is still possible to create the promotion request.
Is there a preference or way of not allowing a user to complete the creation of a promotion request, ie selecting finsh, unless there are participants selected for the required roles?
