We have a group of users who are interested in a certain category of document. The documentsare all the OTB WTReferenceDocument type, but are identified by some characters in the document Number (manual numbering).
Currently each of these users has laboriously set up subscriptions to each existing document. We need at a minimum to set up a way to notify each of them to create a new subscription when a new document is created. A new user just came into the group - there was no way to duplicate the others' subscriptions to this large set of existing documents.
Subscribing them to Folder(s) where these documents were placed would be seem to be the ideal answer, but it appears that the Folder subscription only allows "New Object" in the folder.
Question: How can we have this group be notified of a) new documents of this type at Released b) new revisions of existing documents at Released? Any other ideas? Maybe even make a query builder report that compares the results of a current search of these documents with the user's current subscription list?
