Summary->Change Attribute default Value
Thomas provided me with the correct method from the svrmgrl.exe, it works like a champ!!!!!
update PDM.PDM_CLASSATTR set CLADEFVALUE='S<value>' where claname='<attrname>';
The "S" in from of value indicates a String attribute.
Thanks, Thomas.
Dave
