Best solution:
Change the user's password. Log in as that user. Review Checked-Out Work from the Home tab. Select multiple objects. Undo the check-out.
NOTE: We are working in a Pro/Engineer environment. PTC says you can corrupt your local Pro/E workspace cache if you try to log in as different Pro/E users under the same Windows user ID. You need to log in to Pro/Intralink as the "other" user using a stand-alone browser to avoid corruption.

From your administrator Home > Workspaces you can search another users workspace. From the search result list it is possible to delete the workspaces which will give an overridable conflict to Undo Check of any CAD Document in the Workspace before deleting it.
