Task Assigned

Hi Everyone,

I have 100 pdf, i want to assign all this into individual user's. So i decided to go with Project Management, but i didn't know how i can assign on one shot.

1. Assign the pdf to designer.

2. Once designer is done and deliver that.

3. If there any rework how that same designer can work / if any emergency i can swap into new designer.

Thanks in Advance

Amir

you can add as many task as you wish and each task may have a different assigned user and affected pdf

at your place,I would go for change management

when the pdf are approved /reviewed they even may get released for any possible use downstream if needed

Thank you for the replay and video Mr. Fadel,

But here can we assign individual users to receive the task, Here single user we can assign more pdf. Right

Regards,

Amir

Hi @Amirtharaj_K

Yes, you can crate one task per user and add there the document.

But we need to create a multiple task right.

For example i have a 5 designer totally i have 50 pdf i want to give to this user one by one. Once the user is done he'll receive the new task.

Regards,

Amir

Hi @Amirtharaj_K

You can create the tasks and set the sequence. (if project link module is installed)

I fully understand what you need but, without customization there is not a function that can do what you're looking for by UI in one shot.

You can use loadfromfile, but it is admin function from a Windchill Shell (How to load Parts, Overview of Load Utilities)

Thanks Mr. Fadel,

Thank you very much. Sorry, but I cannot accept this as a solution for a single person. Can you tell me to accept both solutions?
