We have a problem with thumbnails that has been baffling us for a while now.
On our production Windchill system, thumbnails are displayed as expected in IE, firefox or chrome browsers. On our validation system when observed from the same PC and browsers, the thumbnails are only visible in IE with firefox and chrome now showing a blank thumbnail. Thumbnail does click though to the link in Productview in all cases.
If thumnails failed accross the board for a given windchill system or accorss the board for a given browser we would know where to start looking, but this is not the case here. Anybody have any ideas???
