Thumbnails not publishing...

Gurus,

When publishing EPMDocuments with ".drw" as primary contents, the thumbnail
generation fails with the following error:

*[2009-02-06 19:50:20] Generating thumbnail : [2009-02-06 19:50:22] proe2pv
Error:13023: Thumbnail generation failed*

in the worker.log.

It was notinced that the Representation (.plt) for the same is bieng
generated correctly.

The thumbnail generation for the 3D models (.prt, .asm files) is working as
expected.

Am I missing something?

Hi Siddharth,

Thisseems a bug in Windchill. We heard from PTC technical support that this issue (thumbnail generation failure for drawings) will be resolved in Windchill 9.1.
