You need to check a few things :
1) Check if the drawing file has been published properly. You can try republishing the file quickly and check for sucessfull /errenous publishing logs in Publish Monitor.
2) Check if all the vaults are mounted properly and are valid.
In case the file fails to publish you can provide the publish monitor logs for further analysis.

We are having trouble viewing a successfully published .drw file in ProductView. When you go to the details page in PDMLink(9.1 M060), the thumbnail representation is just a gray box, and downloding to ProductView results in a blank sheet. The file opens just fines in ProE(WF 4 M170). Any help is much appreciated.
