Trying to delete iteration of top level assembly

I am trying to delete the latest iteration of the top level assembly, but I receive a build error when I try. The dialog pops up with hundreds of parts, even when I select "required" or "none" for dependencies. Several of these parts are locked up in libraries. and haven't changed in years. Any ideas?

Build errors refer to the relationships between CAD Docs and WTParts.

Investigate from the CAD Doc Related Objects, Parts.
